Tina brings over seven years of professional experience in management consulting, engineering consulting, and construction program management. As a management consultant, Tina currently focuses on supporting clients to navigate their business transformation journey and implement continuous improvement initiatives to deliver better business outcomes.
Tina is passionate about inclusion and diversity, leading by example, and driving personal and professional development for both herself and her team. She graduated with first class honors with a combined Civil Engineering and Commerce degree from UWA, winning both university and industry awards for her engineering honors thesis. More recently, she has built on her technical skills through accreditations in various robotic process automation technologies.
