Starting her career in ‘KPMG’ with a Bachelor in Accounting and Banking from Curtin University, Thelma successfully navigated from audit into project controls. 13 years project management experience means some of her achievements have occurred on the largest expansion projects in WA e.g successfully toll-gated execution funding RGP5 ($3billion) at BHP. She completed the customisation of the PPM tool, wrote the user guide and was interviewed as the SME for the global business rollout video at South32.
She passionate about the IFAW -baby elephant orphanage in Zambia and cancer support organisations (having had three generations affected). Her biggest achievement will be to raise her two sons to be global citizens of the world demanding a change.
