Thekla has revolutionised the way Education Support students at her school access digital technologies within the classroom. In her role as Inclusive Technology Specialist she has closed the gap between the vision of delivering personalized, differentiated instruction and the technologies available to make this possible. Education Support students now have access to an abundance of software and hardware unique to their needs.
By working with therapists, teachers, specialists and students to determine their needs including specialised switches and devices for an array of impairments such as vision, speech, physical and learning Thekla has improved the way students learn in the classroom.
