Dr Thanh Ngo completed her PhD in linguistics in 2011, and her thesis was ranked in the top 20% for quality, globally. In 2015, Dr Ngo completed a one-year intensive MBA with Distinction, at the University of Western Australia. In late 2015, Dr Ngo founded NamSource, a strategic technology services partner with a focus on Startups and Social Enterprises. In the last five years, she has led the successful delivery of projects that support social impact analysis, diversity and inclusion, disability services, indigenous led enterprise, and alternative dispute resolution. In challenging circumstances, as are evident in 2020, Dr Ngo continues to lead and deliver services which have proven to be resilient and robust despite obvious global disruption.
