Shilpa is a passionate software engineer who efficiently balances between a young family and a full-time work. Throughout her 13+ remarkable and passionate years in the industry, Shilpa has been a strong advocate of automation, integration and has implemented the same to increase efficiency and through put. She has been awarded with numerous team excellence awards for the same. Shilpa has completed post-graduation in Computer Science while working part-time in software industry. She has been involved with numerous community initiatives and has actively contributed in promoting the culture and language of her country of birth.
