Sarah is a curious human that loves technology. In her 2008 High School graduation, she was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Applied Info Tech. Sarah then broadened and developed an eclectic capability across technology in roles such as DJ/MC, Events Coordinator, Photographer and Graphic Designer. After being diagnosed with tinnitus, Sarah decided it was time for a more stable career. This begun her journey into Enterprise IT Support supporting Woodside. Accelerating rapidly, she went from a Service Desk Technician to a Subject Matter Expert, to Service Desk Team Leader and finally Operations Centre Team Leader in just 4 years. She was awarded “Best New Joiner” and “Outstanding Customer Service” in 2018 and the “Building Enduring Relationships” award in 2021.
