Sally-Anne is a Business Analysis Professional with over 30 years of exploring, discovering and working to improve business understanding to facilitate the delivery of solutions (people, processes, and systems) within the information technology industry.
Having studied at university social history and economics, rather than information technology, has supported her development of a mindset which enables business engagement and being a strong advocate for the business to ensure business need and/or customer value is being delivered by the solution.
Sally-Anne always aims to promote, educate and demonstrate the value business analysis brings to the project to achieve its outcomes. Sally-Anne supports formal and informal coaching and mentoring with people looking to pursue or understand the business analysis space.
