Rayleen is a mining geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the resource industry and now has specialises in metal reconciliation across the mining supply chain. As Product Manager for an industry-leading software for metal reconciliation, she developed her skill set to include project management, team leadership, and regularly presents training both in-house and externally, whether that is in a Perth high rise or on a international remote mine site.
Rayleen is one of four members of a Reconciliation project team, utilising a multi-disciplinary approach across the entire mining value chain, having successfully defined cumulative savings exceeding A$300M for mining companies with global distributions. Rayleen has also authored many published white papers on automating mine reconciliation.
