Michelle’s work contributes to and strategically with others through an ongoing commitment to volunteering across the IT industry, to advance and evolve it’s systems and its people. For Michelle this is leadership in action. As an advocate of lifelong learning and incremental change of systems and people, in 2022 Michelle was acknowledged as one of the Global Top 25 Thought Leaders in Technical Support and Service Management. Michelle has confronted personal and professional challenges and continues to develop and engaging array of personal and professional skills, directed with purpose towards industry advancements.
