Kristina began her career as a commercial lawyer, working infrastructure projects and disputes. Whilst a lawyer, Kristina completed a masters in law at Melbourne University and was nominated as a rising star of construction lawyers in Australia. During her time as a lawyer, Kristina developed a passion for diversity and inclusion and chaired the Diversity and Inclusion working group at CCW. In 2018, Kristina transitioned out of a legal role, into the world of technology. Passionate about leading authentically, building great team cultures and high performing and diverse teams, Kristina has recently taken on a Program Director role where she is focussed on improving people, process and culture and driving change in the Information & Technology Group at Water Corporation.
