Kate’s technical expertise saw her crowned the WA Young Water Professional of the Year. Kate was recognised as ‘Highly Commended’ Young Water Professional of the Year at the National Awards.
Kate’s leadership has been sought as a board member on the not-for-profit Streets for People since 2018 and various mentoring programs. Since 2014, Kate also volunteers as the Deputy Chair of the WA WaterAid committee, after assisting the WA Australian Water committee from 2012-18 in various committees.
