Indu brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, education and leadership, with a background in electrical and electronics engineering. A Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Management, Senior IEEE member, showcasing her expertise in engineering and management.
Beyond her roles, Indu actively volunteers with various organisations , contributing to the engineering and STEM communities.
Starting her early engineering career in semiconductor manufacturing in Singapore, Indu later transitions to engineering education in Australia, taking a passion for innovative teaching and learning, she is recognised for her teaching excellence. A mentor and advocate for women and girls in STEM, her PhD research leverages data analytics and EEG sensors to enrich learning.
