About Clare Mould

Clare has built her career at the intersection of two historically male dominated fields – law and technology. And has done so without compromising her compassion, professional empathy and commitment to her family, friends and mentees. Clare re-entered the legal profession after a short career break as a new mother, working part-time from her bedroom, and developed her skills and down-to-earth reputation whilst being the sole bread winner for her young family. No matter what the challenge thrown at Clare, she always responds with positivity, respectfulness and humour.

Clare has built a reputation as being an expert in the tech and start-up arena, and boasts innovative clients in the blockchain, biotech, AI and online peer-to-peer platform and development operations spaces. When dealing with these clients, Clare demonstrates her expertise in her ability to explain complex legal and technological concepts to her clients and colleagues in simple and digestible terms. She is a vocal supporter of women in law and tech (and is particularly passionate about intersectional issues facing women of all backgrounds trying to forge a career in legal and technological fields). She collaborates with other women in the industries to achieve best results, share knowledge and develop resilience networks, and will always be the first to champion other women and introduce them to new networks. Her generosity of time and knowledge knows no bounds, and she takes young women in tech under her wing beyond just law, but also in marketing, communications and business development.
