A big believer in diversity in the workplace, she has promoted and developed women in IT – and her own businesses – to become renowned for this amongst the Perth Technology market. Anita couples this with innovative mentorship with programmes such as “Rare Birds”, “GoGirlGoForIT” and “Just Start IT” which promoted and facilitated young women to take an active interest in IT.
