Alex has close to 25 years of experience in the digital domain. From age 16 she taught herself digital design, web development and user experience (UX). Her experience spans many industries including banking, marketing, government, advertising, and digital agencies. She also spent 10 years running her own small web design & development agency. She is currently engaged as a Digital Experience Lead for a local, customer-owned bank where she can explore her passion for inclusive and accessible digital experiences. Her work has received recognition from the Guild of Accessible Web Designers, West Australian Web Awards, Australian Web Awards, CSS Design Awards, Awwwards (not a typo), and the PADC Skulls.
