Meet Our Moderator & Panel

Led by the brilliant Jessica Todd, our panel of gender diversity Allies will share their personal stories, practical advice, and ideas for driving real impact in your teams and communities.

Moderator – Jessica Todd, Leader – Energy, Technology & NFP, Western Power

Jessica leads the Social Performance & Approvals team at Western Power, driving social impact aligned with WA’s decarbonisation goals. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, strategy and corporate social responsibility, Jess specialises in diversity, equity and inclusion, is a strong advocate for women in STEM, and has served on the WiTWA and Helping Minds boards.

Kyle Burnett, Ally and Recruitment Director, Sharp & Carter

Kyle is a leader in tech recruitment, focused on IT executive hiring. He actively engages in DEI conversations and helps clients connect with diverse tech talent, advocating for inclusive hiring practices across the industry.

Ruben Proud, Lawyer & Cross-Sector Changemaker, Astryx Pty Ltd

Bridging law, policy and purpose, Ruben is a lawyer and procurement specialist, and Former New Colombo Plan Scholar. Combining expertise across legal practice, commercial strategy and international development to drive inclusive, ethical, and impact-driven innovation. As a community advocate, youngest-ever President of the Rotary Club of Elizabeth Quay, and current Board Director for VESPIIA, Ruben’s work lives at the intersection of commerce, community, and conscience—fuelled by a deep belief in using systems to empower, not exclude.

Vince Troth, General Manager, Data#3

Vince joined Data#3 in June 2025 and is an accomplished senior executive with 25 years of leadership experience in the technology sector in Western Australia. As the General Manager, Vince is responsible for driving business growth across the full portfolio of Data#3 services and solutions, supporting and enabling the highly capable and professional people, leading local strategy, customer, and partner engagement.

Vince has extensive public sector and commercial experience, is well networked across the broad ICT and professional services sectors, has previously held leadership roles with companies such as Schneider Electric, Fuji Xerox, and Optus, and currently serves as the Deputy Chair for the AIIA.
