About Jacinta Reynolds

Jacinta Reynolds was told at thirteen that she would be unable to be part of normal society by the psychologist who diagnosed her. Jacinta took that statement as a challenge. Since then, she has built a career around her passion for educating others on neurodiversity and mentoring young people on what it means to be neurodivergent. Her passion and drive led to her presenting on numerous disabilities in the workplace panels, got her a position on the board of Spectrum Space, and led to her creating her own role within her current company, the Neurodiversity, and Inclusion Cultivator.

Jacinta is an Autistic woman with dysgraphia, and has been a mentor and advocate for over ten years.
