Trisha is a highly skilled leader, engineer and process specialist. Her experience improving organisational and team outcomes using various process management models including Operational Excellence (Lean) has resulted in tangible and sustainable benefits.
Trisha has 25 years of manufacturing, operations and asset management experience, including seven years with Water Corporation. She currently works as a manager with her support team working throughout Goldfields and Agricultural Region.
Trisha impresses all that meet her on a professional and personal level. She works with stakeholders and makes time for coaching and mentoring to support others’ development.
Outside of work has Trisha volunteered with Scouts Australia, is a mentor and participates in a STEM tutoring program to assist students to achieve their potential.
