Ms. Kaur is a successful leader with 10+ years of railway experience in System Integration Projects focusing on Project and Design Management including Contract Management and Bid Development on various contract types, Alliance Contracts, Cost plus Contracts and Design Build Contracts. Proven leadership experience in Deployment, Operation Readiness and Entry into Service of complex Brownfield projects in Australia and United States for both Passenger and Freight Network. Sukhwinder has very strong applied knowledge in project planning, execution, handover, stakeholder management, and teams/people development.
Succeeding her ongoing achievements in Rail Industry, Sukhwinder represented her organization as a panel speaker for Women in STEM forum conducted by Columbia Space Center in Los Angeles and received leadership award within her organization for resiliency.
