Sue Webb is the Process Portfolio Manager for DDLS Australia. Sue believes that enterprises thrive when they have passionate staff that have the skills and drive to help move a business towards its vision. Sue’s two greatest passions are from opposites sides of the IT triangle – process and technology, and yet they are very closely related to each other. They are Business Analysis and Business Intelligence. Having extensive experience and many years of educating others on these subjects, as well as Project Management, IT Service Management and SharePoint, gives Sue a unique perspective on IT. It allows her to see IT for the business benefits it delivers, and the business problems that it solves.
