Since starting her own consulting business in late 2020, Niamh focuses on supporting workplaces to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing digital ecosystem, as a Business Agilitist, Change Facilitator, and Diversity & Inclusion consultant. She facilitates executive decision making & prioritisation of digital investments, designing agile operating models and offering both team & individual coaching to create Agile, Inclusive Workplaces. Niamh believes in strengths based leadership, with diversity for balance and candour to bring the best out in teams.
