Kristen Madaffari

Kristen has been fortunate to try a number of different roles throughout her IT career which have led her to her most enjoyable role yet, as a Team Leader.
Her latest challenge has been taking the team through an Agile Scrum revolution which has been both difficult and rewarding. Working closely with staff, Kristen set out to define key activities, definitions and expectations around our sprints. The hard work she displayed enabled staff to plan out their workloads, capture CSI backlog activities and deliver on the work that they had scoped. Kristen’s interpersonal leadership skills assisted her in working with individuals to understand their requirements and challenges and to ensure that they were addressed.
