Jane is an authentic technology leader across strategy, architecture, cyber security, operations, delivery, data and analytics. She is widely recognised as a diversity champion, leading with a strong emphasis on change, inclusion, safety, team culture and innovation. Jane has a genuine willingness to acquire new knowledge and deeply understand barriers her team face.
Being a strong public advocate for diversity and inclusion, Jane works closely with Autism Association of WA to advocate for greater autism inclusion in technology. She is also a very vocal campaigner for greater representation of women in STEM careers, and recently spoke on this issue at two major national events.
