Gina is a registered psychologist (Organisational Psychology Registrar) with a doctorate in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She is passionate about making the workplace somewhere that everyone can thrive in, in particular through diversity, equity, and inclusion as a means of creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can be their best self.
Some of her key achievements include: developing a global certification model for capability uplift in delivery leaders at Deloitte, developing a career model for software engineers, identifying future of work trends for a global medical and pharmaceuticals company, designing the organisational structure and key positions for a new organisation, and designing and implementing a behaviour/culture change measurement plan for a large government agency.
