As an Industry and Community Participation Coordinator, Erin takes time to create strong and supportive networks. Erin is aware of the incredible things that can be achieved through collaboration and feels that everyone should have a sense of belonging in their workplace and community.
Erin is part of a generation that votes with their values, she inspires leaders around her to challenge their own perspectives on political, social, environmental, and cultural issues. Erin’s non-traditional entry into the industry is what inspires her to work on initiatives such as traineeship programmes that remove some of the traditional barriers and provide additional mentorship and support to those who need it.
