Amy has worked in a Minerals Laboratory for over 10 years. She was first thrown in to Leadership at the age of 25 and really found her stride and passion.
Amy never thought she would find herself on this path, in this role, she never though ‘I want to be a leader’ or ‘I can’t wait to supervise my own team’. Through her working career she continues to come back to this and has recently realised that she’s not that bad at it!
Amy has been able to combine her enjoyment of helping people, organisation and innovation in to her day to day work and is thriving!
