About Amanda Derbyshire

Amanda has developed and led the KIDDO program at the University of Western Australia since its inception in 2014. Amanda is focused on translating physical activity research into real world impactful programs, training and resources accessible for all educators, coaches and parents. Utilising the potential of the online environment, Amanda is committed to ensuring high quality training resources are accessible to all regardless of location.

Throughout her career Amanda has worked in the not-for-profit and University research sector developing programs that promote good health. Amanda enjoys collaborating with industry and seeing real results from the implementaton of high quality projects.

Amanda enjoys the opportunity to mentor young physical activity promoters and researchers through their invovlement in the KIDDO program.
