It’s event time! Tickets are now available for a very special WiTWA DEI Masterclass, ‘LGBTQIA+ in the workplace’ with Pride in Diversity on R U OK? Day

Pride in Diversity are specialists in HR, organisational change and workplace diversity dedicated to improving the health and well-being of LGBTQIA+ people by reducing exclusion, invisibility, homophobia and stigma in the workplace.

Join us this R U OK? Day for an educational and thought-provoking discussion on how we can all improve our workplace culture, policies, and initiatives to support our LGBTQIA+ community.

Research has shown that a disproportionate number of LGBTQIA+ Australians experience poorer mental health outcomes and have a higher risk of suicidal behaviours than their peers. These health outcomes are directly related to experiences of stigma, prejudice, discrimination and abuse on the basis of being LGBTIQIA+
