Shabnam is passionate about Digital-Transformation, Agile-Delivery and Design-Thinking, is a strong advocate for young girls on STEM pathways and is known for her sense of humour, empathetic leadership style, and commitment to deliver excellence.
She grew up during a war and navigated her life through a web of restrictions imposed by law and custom amongst many women in her society.
Shabnam went back to Uni after 9yrs break and proved the impossible by graduating with top academic results, becoming a Dean’s List member.
Strong supporter of Diversity and Inclusion, she is a volunteer mentor in the Kaleidoscope Mentoring Program to assist skilled newcomers.
Shabnam is missioned to set an example for her young daughter by empowering her to fight for integrity, equality, and inclusion.
