- Diversity Champions are able to demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion via tangible activities, internal and/or external programs, current practices and active initiatives.
- Emerging Champions are in the early stages of their journey to ensure that diversity and inclusion are part of their workplace, where all staff feel valued, included and are able to progress to the best of their ability, regardless of their personal characteristics or background. Typically emerging champions have fewer or limited concrete examples of diversity practices, programs or initiatives, but are able to demonstrate a genuine willingness to explore and embrace positive change in this respect.
