IT Careers Show Case
IT Careers Showcase ran in 2002, 2004 and 2006. Regrettably, we have not been able to garner enough support from either government or industry to run it again.
Go Girl, Go for IT is a Careers Showcase for female students in Western Australian High Schools, to present the many faces of the Information, Communication and Technology Industry.
With a job shortfall in 'high-tech' industries Australia cannot remain competitive in the global marketplace if this shortage is not addressed. To grow and develop technology based services and professions, we need many more talented and qualified young people and greater female participation in the industry.
