Diana Adorno is an independent consultant specialising in usability, information architecture, user-centred design, technical communications and project management.

Diana lectured at Murdoch University in Human-Computer Interaction, Project Management and Business Analysis. She has been involved in all aspects of software development throughout her 20-year consulting career, both in Australia and Europe.

Diana has mentored many people to help them further their careers in a range of technology-related fields.

Past clients include: Telstra, Optus, Department of Agriculture, Landgate, Goldman Sachs...

Projects have included an online customer experience review, implementation of a metadata standard for spatial information in Australia and New Zealand, research project for design of medical software for General Practitioners.

Her focus at the moment is integrating Agile Methodologies with User-Centred Design (UCD).
